Reviews and Ratings
My recent stay at Banyan Tree Bangkok was a mix of luxury and letdowns. The room was spacious and came with a fantastic view, but I encountered issues with room cleanliness and a strange odor on our floor. The service was friendly, but some aspects, like the reduced offerings in the Club Lounge, were disappointing. Overall, I enjoyed my time but didn't feel it lived up to the hype or price tag.
I had a mixed experience during my stay. While the staff was attentive, especially Annie who provided really good service, some aspects like the check-in process and breakfast arrangements could have been smoother. The room was comfortable, and I loved the views, but I did find the location felt a bit anonymous, with limited options nearby.
My stay at Banyan Tree Bangkok was a mix of excellent hospitality and a few disappointments. The amazing views from my room were a highlight, particularly at night when the city lights twinkled below. However, the room itself felt a bit dated for a luxury hotel, and I had some issues with housekeeping. Overall, the friendliness of the staff made up for these shortcomings, though a couple of aspects, like the dining experience, could have been better.
My stay at Banyan Tree Bangkok was truly really good. The amazing views from my room on the 56th floor were a highlight, providing a stunning panorama of Lumpini Park and the beautiful Bangkok skyline. While the room felt a bit dated and small for my family of four, the overall experience was elevated by the attentive and friendly staff, who went out of their way to ensure we felt welcome. Dining options included good meals, especially at Bai Yun, although the service at Saffron was somewhat rushed.
My stay at Banyan Tree Bangkok was truly nice, especially thanks to the stunning views and really good service. The breakfast buffet was a standout, although I did notice some reductions in variety from previous visits. While the room was clean and spacious, I felt some aspects were starting to show their age, especially the overall decor. Nonetheless, the staff went above and beyond throughout my stay, making me feel special and well taken care of.
